In Pakistan, progress towards health equity is stalling and the implications run deep; today, nearly 40% of pregnancies in Pakistan are unintended—often putting at risk the lives of mothers, their children, and their families.

PSI is working to increase access to and uptake of contraception by reaching women through door-to-door outreach. PSI builds trust by working with community health workers, private providers, and most importantly, the clients; to address concerns, bring care as close as possible, and ensure quality.
